Perhaps it would help to explain the spikes observed in p-Beauty contest, if the “level-0” players choose their favourite/random numbers 7, 13, 42 and 69 as the strategy.

The red highlighted numbers are people’s favorite numbers
69 as is in great sex.
42 is God’s number for a journey, as in the Hebrews had forty-two encampments from Egypt to the Promised Land,
13 is the number of revolution, as in thirteen colonies revolting from the kings of Europe.
7 is God’s number of completion, as in seven one-thousand years for the completion of political and economic experience
