Is that the formulation of the Ellsberg paradox? I have not seen it presented that way before, and it seems a little weak. Given that an estimate of 30 balls of each colour implies indifference in each of the choices, an extremely preference for certainty could very well translate into very skewed results.
My understanding is that the paradox holds up even when the possibility of indifference is removed, and it would help the result seem stronger if it was presented in that manner.
