Hi, Jeff,
Quick note: Spiriva (which is pretty good stuff, esp since it’s a once-a-day dosage, making it easier for older folks to remember) is, as the ad notes, a treatment for COPD, a.k.a. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (e.g., emphysema). More here:
