Obama greatly expanded the dispensary raiding of the Bush Admin. I would expect Romney’s approach to be more in line with Bush on this issue. (Political coalitions being similar.)

Or, rather, that the US District Attorney in that part of California would not do the same thing when operating under the layers of Justice Dept. bureaucracy between the DA (or ADA, or whomever is actually prosecuting it) and a theoretical Pres. Romney or Pres. Ryan?
