Why not just fill your basic rubber ball with helium? It can be pumped in via the pin pump hole.

Right, but I would have to find the right concentration of helium so that the balls don’t just fly away. And I want that to be adjustable so that as I get comfortable I can reduce the concentration of helium eventually to zero. And I need a ball with the right thickness so that I can grab it and not have it collapse like a balloon, but still it has to be light enough to float, …. etc.

Already there is quite a bit of interesting fedbeack. Feel free to spread the word about debt collectors’ calls or create your own video response. Collectively, a few videos that are seen by the right people, could shape future revisions to the FDCPA when it is reviewed by the new FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection.
